New house for me + Help me!

Well not many people know, but just a couple of weeks ago I decided to take the big step and... buy a house :'D

I was thinking about it since quite a long time ago, but wasn't able to do it because I was still paying for my car, since I ended with that a couple of months ago, this was the perfect time for that! now that I'm still single, have a stable job and don't have any debts.

Things happened so fast! I thought it would be a lot more complicated with a lot of paperwork to be done, waiting for a lot of issues to be solved and ultimately a lot of time to wait.... fortunately for me I went to see the house on a tuesday and by friday the proceeding to aquire it was already in movement (:

I'll sign the papers for the house to be officially mine next week and they'll give me the keys hopefully the week after, I don't know when I'll move in tho but most probably it won't be in the near future, maybe next year, who knows? (:

Another good thing is that the monthly payments are quite affordable for me so is all good!.... however there's a little issue. The initial payment is a punch in the face! and I need to do it before I sign the papers!

I'm organizing my expenses and gathering money from here and there... but I still don't have the money to do the initial payment

I'm pretty sure I'll get the money, so I'm not really asking you to help me with that

However I'll have to recover from some debts I'm acquiring due this XD In the following months besides doing the monthly payments for the house I'll also have to payback the people who is already helping me with it AND if that wasn't just enough, I also need to think about the initial investment for my comic XD

So yeah, I need moneys, so any additional income is more than welcome!
