I'm sorry, but your fourth "Fun Fact", the one about the etymology of the world "Golf", is incorrect: [link]

Acronyms weren't "invented" until a little more than a hundred years ago, I'm afraid. So any word older than that isn't going to be an acronym :/.

The golf one is just an urban legend, so I wonder how many other ones are false. :P Can't be bothered to check, but I DUN BELIEVE A WORD YOU SAY ANYMORE! :shakefist:
