Stamps are a great way to show your support for a project, a person or a group of people, spread awareness for a cause or promote a contest. It is also valid to do them just for fun, with just a funny image and/or message.

Since their introduction to the deviantArt galleries, millions of stamps have been created with a great variety of messages, both silly and serious, and you can see them all over the place, from journals to profile widgets.


The Community Relations department exists to encourage, facilitate and develop the relationship with our deviantART community. Our goal is to nurture our community by encouraging, stimulating artists to create, collaborate, and participate in a friendly, safe, and supportive artistic environment.

So, what is this all about?

We are calling deviants to create a stamp for a CR member.  Now is your chance to show your support for the Community Relations team by creating the most awesome stamp ever!

If you're reading this it's quite probable you already know at least one or two volunteers, you know what we do and you know we are fluffy and cute. However you also know there are still a lot of people who don't know about us. It's your chance to let people know there is a volunteer for a gallery called Darkroom Photography that is overseen by an awesome deviant called EveryNextDream . You can tell people they should stay away from neurotype-on-discord because she bites,  or that Thiefoworld is simply put, the most attractive human being they'll ever meet.

The idea is to give a positive message about the Community Relations Team, and let people know we exist and what we do. Be creative! The most awesome stamps will earn a prize!

How to participate

STEP 1

Choose a volunteer! There are plenty of us! For a full list of all volunteers visit this journal

STEP 2

Create a stamp in support of that volunteer. I doesn't need to be animated! As long as it has a positive message it will be considered. To help you get started, here are a few templates:

Submit your entry to the appropiate category, in this case deviantART Related > Deviant Stamps

STEP 4

Submit your entry into the Stamp Project folder in the group's gallery.  Only those in this folder before deadline will be considered.

Rules and Guidelines

  You can participate as many times as you want, creating stamps for more than one volunteer is encouraged! However you'll  be elegible to win only one prize.

All volunteers participate, from any gallery as well as chats & forums, moonbeam13 is also included!

  Stamps must show support for the given volunteer, or give a positive message about them, for example: "I support ^KasumiCR!",  "I send my lit suggestions to ^Beccalicious", "^kingmancheng is awesome!", etc.

Entries must not infringe copyright or break any of the site rules. Entries deem inappropriate will be disqualified.

  Entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on April 30th, 2013 and must be submitted to the Stamp Project folder in the group's gallery.
