I met Donna some time ago, when (I don't know how) she started watching me. At the time I was still a n00b in so many aspects and surprised me greatly to see a
senior watching me. WAT? What did I do?
I still to this day don't talk with her that much. HOWEVER, from the little interaction I've had with her I can see she's not only an incredible photographer, but also a very easy going person,
different from the rest. Maybe because I'm not a photographer and I tend to think photographers are more "serious" than cartoonists, or maybe because unconsciously I feel intimidated by the quality of her work, but it surprised me to see how down to earth she is, fun and weird (in the best way possible). You just need to look at her ID to see why. Yes, a senior is watching me, but I discovered soon enough she was not as I expected.
Her work in general is amazing, but there is one thing specially that caught my eye, one thing that left me with my mouth opened: her wedding photography. Not only she achieves to capture an intimate moment and preserve the feeling in a photograph, but she also manages to do it with such class with a very characteristic, alternative style, something you don't see much around.
Be sure to check out not only her gallery here, but also her interview at
Rock n Roll Bride to know more of her and her work!
I'm kidding of course, she is lovely and amazingly talented!!
