Quite frankly, after the abomination in China the Olympics knock me sick. Not to mention the disasterous logo for the London 2012 olympics.

Ughhh... Can't choose!

Part of me wants Rio to win, because no other South American (nor African, for that matter) country has hosted before and it would be groundbreaking. (What are Brazilian winters like anyway?)

But, seeing as how I live an hour away from Chicago now...:hmm:

Just a little over a week 'til it's announced!

any one of these cities would be interesting for the summer Olympics. i don't understand why the 2010 winter ones are up in my area of the world. our winters are usually rainy instead of snowy.

i'm trying to imagine dealing with the Olympics in a place as densely populated as Tokyo.

Rio maybe nice, Madrid would be wonderful, Chicago would be kind of cool but I remember living in Atlanta during the games in 94 and it was /so not cool.

plus the construction was horrible, so was the traffic and trying to get around. i mean it was cool in some regards but in others it was a nightmare
